Company Training is more than simply improving the ability of another employee to operate effectively. It may involve improving the work productivity of the staff. It's important that the staff know how to manage customers or their customers. Something we have to realise is that since there are no standard attributes of human beings, there is no way for us to measure if a specific employee is doing well or not.
